It includes Airline safety compliance documents like AW Forms (Air Worthiness) and COC matching to Aviation authority requirements.

Accounting module takess care of receivables, receipts and invoice mapping, quicker version of your AR management. HR Payroll and Performance module allows to manage employees, leaves, over times, performance on work orders against benchmarks and payroll aligned to local statutory requirements.


BPB - Board Proposal Builder

A proposal builder mainly for Gypsum boards catering to drywall industry. Starting from project requirement, systems, results, proposals, products, documents, images and with other details, it makes the proposal generation easier and efficient.

Project module captures project details and related system details which comes under Project requirement or specifications. Search module enables the users to reach the closest matching option on the fly from thousands of available combinations.

Wide range of features like standard, Category, Profile, Board Type, Cladding, Fire rating, Sound rating, Height, Width, Weight, Stud Size, Stud Spacing, Deflection, Load, Insulation etc available to adjust and to reach the matching product, the result.

System can have multiple results gives extended degree of flexibility till proposal building. Result module is extremely flexible for user editing and most of the details are extensively automated with least/no manual intervention.

Proposal builder module creates proposals on the fly just by selecting required results. It has version control, preview, copy, category-author name automation, appending literatures and more.

Image Template module helps to fix up standard images for various common results or systems. User has the flexibility to change the images during result stage. Pdf Directory and Image directory modules help users to maintain their PDF and Image library which can be referred wherever required throughout the application. Product module allows to create/modify various combinations boards, builds, constructs and related performance details.


MBS - Meeting Booking System

Availability - Users can check the room availability either by room or by schedule enables the users at their easiest. Not just the room, additional infrastructure availability will help the user to choose the right room according to their requirement like size, audio, video, telephone and connectivity details.

Scheduling - Users having booking rights can schedule meetings. Multiple rooms from various locations can be handled by users even from remote. Even attendees can be our business counterparts other than employees just by including their email addresses in booking. Conflicts at user and schedules are handled with errors and warning. Booking can include pantry request and location attachments. On booking users will receive their meeting request already in their calendar irrespective of devices with least user intervention. Regular meetings at fixed schedules can be booked in advance with end date. Tracking and Revisions Meetings can be revised with new schedules or cancelled.

User can track the meetings which is related to each other. Attendees are allowed to upload documents related to the meeting. Hassle free file handling for users. Minutes of Meeting Beyond just booking, on meeting completion users can capture the MOM with related documents and remarks. No need to run through mails for the minutes.

Masters and Setup Rooms, Offices, Users are handled through various masters. SMTP email address which has been used to send booking mails are configured in setup. Room Display – Not just users, even rooms are equipped to have their own display to detail the list of meetings planned in that room. Just using Wi-Fi and latest web based display products it is inexpensive to have your display ready without big investment on video mixtures and MCUs.
